PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the generation of corrosion in a tube wherein city water flows. SOLUTION: An inner wall of a first tube 2 to be exposed with city water is provided with a film mainly composed of tin. With this structure, since dissolution of metal, which forms the first tube 2, into water is restricted by the film, even if hydrogen ion index (pH) of water is low, corrosion of the first tube 2 due to dissolution of a metal element, which forms the first tube 2, into water can be prevented.
