PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house for improving effective use and convenience of a dwelling space, by making independency and open feeling of a living rook compatible. SOLUTION: This house T1 is formed by arranging a plurality of dwelling spaces on the same floor of a building smaller in the depth than a frontage; and has a living room 1 arranged near one side A in the frontage direction, a dining room 2 arranged near the other side B, a kitchen 3 arranged adjacently to the dining room 2, a Japanese-style room 4 arranged between the living room 1 and the kitchen 3, and a passage 5 arranged near one side C in the depth direction, and extending in the frontage direction for connecting the living room 1, the kitchen 3, and the dining room 2. A wall 8 is arranged for partitioning the kitchen 1 and the Japanese-style room 4, and an opening part 9 is arranged for connecting the living room 1 and the Japanese-style room 4.
