PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revetment structure which can follow a form of a natural river, which is also suitable for vegetation, which can exert a revetment effect from the initial stage of construction, and which simplifies construction work. SOLUTION: A plurality of concrete blocks (10-1A, 10-1B and 10-1C) for revetment, where three spheres with the same diameter D are connected together in alignment with one another in such a manner that a center distance is set at√2D, are arranged on a first tier on the ground in a certain direction, while connecting axis lines are parallel to one another and a distance between the connecting axis lines is set at√2D. Each of the concrete blocks for the revetment is set to be in the same position in the direction of the connecting axis lines. Next, a plurality of concrete blocks (10-2a and 10-2) for revetment on a second tier are arranged so that connecting axis lines of the respective concrete blocks for revetment can be perpendicular to the connecting axis lines of the concrete blocks for revetment on the first tier while being displaced by one sphere in parallel with one another, and so that the respective spheres can be brought into contact with the spheres on the first tier. Concrete blocks for revetment on a third tier are arranged as in the case of the first tier.
