PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof board which is assembled by directly connecting its panel members to each other, consists of a smaller number of component parts, and enables easy and quick assembly work. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the waterproof board, the lower panel member 2a has an almost arched protrusion 6 formed on an upper front edge thereof in the vertical direction, and the upper panel member 2b has an almost arched groove 8 formed in a lower front edge thereof. Further when the groove 8 formed in the upper panel member 2b is fitted onto the protrusion 6 formed in the lower panel member 2a and the upper panel member 2b is rotatively raised, an engaging piece 9 formed on a rear surface of the upper panel member 2b is engaged with and locked to an engaging piece 7 formed on a rear surface of the lower panel member 2a, whereby the upper and lower panel members are rigidly connected to each other.
