PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge storing method in which the adsorption performance of trihalomethane is less degraded even after a cartridge is stored for a long time, and a water purifier using the cartridge. SOLUTION: A cartridge filled with activated charcoal is packaged with a packaging material of gas barrier property and stored. The cartridge is mounted on a housing to form a water purifier.
