PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag, which is used to hold a plurality of rolled products, such as toilet paper, and hardly hurts fingers and easy to carry around when the bag holding the products is hung on the fingers. SOLUTION: The packaging bag is of a cylindrical film package, and comprises a body in which a plurality of rolled products, such as toilet paper, are held, and a grip formed on the upper end of the body. The grip has a flat shape, which is formed by folding in gussets symmetrically on both left and right sides of a tubular film and fold the film flat to fix the gussets. A slit for hanging fingers, in which a plurality of fingers can be inserted, is formed to go across the folding edge of the left/right gussets on the grip, and seal lines enclosing the slit are also formed on the grip.
