PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of an image which is formed by exposure by simplifying a structure of a circuit as much as possible in an image exposing device. SOLUTION: This image exposing device comprises a semiconductor laser device 40 for emitting a laser light for exposing to form an image on a photosensitive material and a driving circuit 42 for driving the semiconductor laser device 40. The driving circuit 42 modulates the intensity of the quantity of the light to be emitted of the semiconductor laser device 40 according to an image signal of an image to be formed by exposure and superposes a high frequency signal of a setting frequency having a varied amplitude to the driving current of the semiconductor laser device 40.
