PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in feeding while suppressing the number of switches to the minimum. SOLUTION: This rolled paper feeder is provided with a holder body turnably supporting rolled paper, a lid part having one end turnably supported in the direction of separating from the rolled paper and the other end abutting on the rolled paper, a feed roller feeding the rolled paper, a drive part rotatingly driving the roller, a control part controlling the drive part and a power supply supplied to the drive part and the control part. The control part is provided with, at least, two first and second switches 21 and 22, a timer, an AND gate, and a control circuit controlling the drive part based on an output signal from the timer or the AND gate, when either one of the first switch or the second switch is turned on, the rolled paper is fed by a predetermined length corresponding to the first or the second switch, and when the both of the first switch and the second switch are turned on, the rolled paper is fed to the length different from the predetermined length.
