PURPOSE: To provide a domestic device for primarily purifying wastewater generated in a sink by first purification step so that the primarily purified wastewater is collected in a purified water collection tank and secondly purifying the primarily purified wastewater by second purification step so that the secondly purified wastewater is discharged. CONSTITUTION: The domestic device(1) for purifying and discharging wastewater comprises a first purification can(10) on which an inlet(12) formed lid(11) is detachably installed, on the bottom of which an outlet(13) is formed, and in which coral sand(15), zeolite(16), elvan(17), oak charcoal(18) and large sized sand(19) are sequentially filled, and a filtering mesh(30) and an adsorption cloth(31) are formed between the lid and the coral sand; a purified water collection can(5) for collecting wastewater primarily purified by passing through the first purification can; a pump(35) comprising a first purified water supply pipe(36) for supplying the primarily purified wastewater collected in the purified water collection can to the second purification can; and a second purification can in which coral sand(15), zeolite(16), elvan(17) and oak charcoal(18) are sequentially filled to secondly purify the primarily purified wastewater and discharge the secondly purified wastewater through an outlet(22).
