PURPOSE: A liquid crystal dropping apparatus having a separable liquid crystal discharging pump is provided to easily clean the liquid crystal discharging pump by forming a case of the discharging pump such that the discharge pump is separated from the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal dropping apparatus includes a liquid crystal container, a separable case(141a,141b), a cylinder(142) housed in the case, and a piston(145) inserted into the cylinder. The piston has a slit(145a) formed at a predetermined portion of the lower part thereof to inhale and discharge liquid crystal when the piston is rotated and vertically moved. The apparatus further includes a discharging pump having an inlet and an outlet for inhaling and discharging the liquid crystal when the piston is moved, and a nozzle for dropping the liquid crystal discharged from the discharging pump.
