PURPOSE: A regeneration device for hydraulic energy is provided to improve hydraulic energy efficiency by preventing the loss of pressure in a supply passage of a control valve for a boom cylinder. CONSTITUTION: The regeneration device for hydraulic energy contains: a hydraulic pressure supplier(10); a hydraulic cylinder(15) connected to the hydraulic pressure supplier(10) and operated when hydraulic oil is supplied; a primary control valve(11) installed on a passage between the hydraulic pressure supplier(10) and the hydraulic cylinder(15) to control the driving, stopping and directional selecting of the hydraulic cylinder(15); a secondary control valve(12) installed on a parallel passage(C) which connects passages of a large chamber and a small chamber of the hydraulic cylinder(15) to control the descending speed of the hydraulic cylinder(15); a third control valve(13) installed on a passage of an outlet of the hydraulic cylinder(15) to control the discharge from the hydraulic cylinder(15) to a hydraulic tank(21); an operating level(16) controlling pilot signal pressure which changes the primary, secondary and third control valves(11,12,13); a controller(17) outputting electric signals corresponded to an operating angle of the operating level(16); a proportional pressure reducing valve block(18) outputting pilot signal pressure corresponded to the electric signals inputted from the controller(17); and a pilot check valve(14) installed to a passage of the small chamber of the hydraulic cylinder(15) and opened by the pressure of the passage of the large chamber of the hydraulic cylinder(15).
