CONNECTING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device of electronic apparatus prevented from electrostatic breakdown, and to provide the electronic apparatus.

SOLUTION: The connecting device comprises conductive terminals (USB terminals 30A, 30B, 32A, 32B) used for external connection; and a lightning protection conductor 34 connected to a ground conductor (frame ground 88) to be kept at a ground potential while being disposed in the vicinity of the terminals to be insulated with the terminals and makes the conductor 34 generate electrostatic discharge to avoid discharge toward the side of the terminals.
