PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propagate specific information to be propagated such as ad information even when there is no reception from a broadcast station or no connection with a communication network. SOLUTION: A disk drive 1 is provided with a recording/reproducing part 10 for recording/reproducing information in/from a disk 2, and a storage part 12 for storing information. First, when a first disk 2 is arranged to be recorded/reproduced by the disk drive 1, specific information recorded in the first disk 2 is stored in the storage part 12 through the recording/reproducing part 10. Then, when a second disk 2 is arranged to be recorded/reproduced by the disk drive 1, the specific information stored in the storage part 12 is recorded in the second disk 2 through the recording/reproducing part 10.
