PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the provision of importance information from being interrupted. SOLUTION: When an onboard radio device 12 receives a plurality of pieces of information on a road before a vehicle in its traveling direction, an information significance decision part 14 sets significance for the plurality of pieces of information, which are displayed on a display 17 and outputted by a speaker 18 by an information providing time allotting determination part 15 and an information providing timing/switching determination part 16.
