PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the communication amount while using an access control system by the carrier sense, in an autonomous distributed communication system which uses a plurality of communication channels. SOLUTION: The terminal receives the beacon signals in each communication channel, and obtains the relative time information about the communicating time of the beacon signals and the information of the channels through which beacon signals are transmitted and received. A new comer terminal takes OR of the information obtained in each channel and keeps the time information of the communicated beacon signals and the channel information. At the time of data transmission, it switches the channel according to the time information and the communication channel information and tries to make communication by transmitting the beacon signals.
