PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for dissolving uncomfortableness caused by the sounding of a call termination report tone (calling tone) in call termination of a trap call, a direct mail, or the like. SOLUTION: When a call arrives, a control part 11 starts a counter part 15 for counting the number of calling tones, reads out a condition of the number (n) of calling tones which is preliminarily set to a memory part 12, and compares the set calling tone number (n) read out from the memory part 12 with the count number of the counter part 15. The control part 11 does not perform a call termination report operation like sounding of a calling tone or vibration when the counted number is smaller than n, and performs the call termination report operation only when the counted number is n or larger. Since sounding of the calling tone or vibration is not started even when a call arrives until the number of calling tones reaches n, the calling tone is not emitted for annoying calls such as trap calls and direct mails or incoming mail.
