PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency signal filter device which can continuously change the filter characteristics, and moreover, is small and high in efficiency. SOLUTION: The high frequency signal filter device 1 is provided with a first voltage variable capacitor FC1 on the signal line 10 of a micro strip line provided on a substrate, and a second voltage variable capacitor FC2 inserted between the signal line 10 of the micro strip line and a grounding face 20. Also, the electronic equipment is provided with the high frequency signal filter device 1, and a control means for controlling the opening/closing of the first voltage variable capacitor FC1 and the second voltage variable capacitor FC2 of the high frequency signal filter device 1.
