PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise amplifier capable of preventing the deterioration of noise factor caused by a noise current, and to provide a receiving circuit applying the amplifier. SOLUTION: This amplifier is provided with:a pad PD 11 to which the gate terminal of a transistor 11 is connected; pads PD 12 and PD 13 symmetrically arranged centering on the pad PD 11, to which the source terminal of the transistor 11 is connected; a lead frame LD 11 for a signal; lead frames LD 12 and LD 13 for ground symmetrically arranged centering on the lead frame LD 11; a wire BW 11 which connects the pad PD 11 to one end side of the lead LD 11; a wire BW 12 which connects the pad PD 12 to one end side of the lead LD 12; and a wire BW 13 which connects the pad PD 13 to one end side of the lead LD 13. The other end side of the lead LD 11 is connected to a signal input terminal TIN, and the other end sides of the lead LD 12 and LD 13 are connected to a substrate ground GND.
