PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the power of a transceiver which makes a field transmission medium induce a field. SOLUTION: An opening control part 23 reads a threshold from a data storage part 21 when both of a transmission packet and a reception packet are no more transmitted or received, operates lapse time length from occurrence time of the last transmission packet or reception packet and opens an opening/closing switch S when lapse time length is not shorter than the threshold. A closing control part 22 reads a time function from the data storage part 21 when the opening/closing switch SW is controlled to open, inputs to the time function the number of times of opening the opening/closing switch SW in a period from the time when the transmission packet and the reception packet failed to be transmitted or received to the screen, and closes the opening/closing switch SW when the lapse time length from the time when the opening/closing switch SW is controlled to open is not shorter than a second threshold.
