PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify and delete data of a part considered to be unnecessary with a simple operation. SOLUTION: A recording device is provided with a management information processing means for generating management information designating information data recorded on a recording medium, a control information processing means for generating reproduction control information where a reproduction procedure of information data is written by designating a part of information data in accordance with a prescribed condition with a recording operation of information data and a recording means for recording management information and reproduction control information in the recording medium.
