PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter removing method for assembly parts by which suppression of generation of static electricity and prevention of reattachment of foreign matters can be attained by air blow when removal of the foreign matters by air is performed. SOLUTION: In this foreign matter removing method for the assembly parts in which the foreign matters stuck on a surface of the the assembly parts 10 are removed by performing pressurized air blow 200 to the assembly parts 10, before performing air blow 200 to the assembly parts 10, the assembly parts 10 are arranged in a storage vessel 2 which can discharge an air current supplied inside to the outside and the air current 300 having more than predetermined humidity is made to flow in the storage vessel 2.
