PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store an umbrella cover body in a case when disusing an umbrella cover while pulling out the umbrella cover body for use when using the umbrella cover, and to automatically store the umbrella cover body in the case by the action of a spring or the like when the use is finished. SOLUTION: With the use of the technique of a tape measure, the umbrella cover body can be stored in a rounded form in the case when disusing the umbrella cover, pulled out for use when using the umbrella cover and automatically stored into the case by the action of the spring or the like when the use is finished.
