PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the preservation of the operation state of a blood pump for an auxiliary artificial heart into a memory unit by a handy method for the utilization thereof in the future by always monitoring and grasping the state. SOLUTION: The memory unit is loaded on the external battery pack contained in an auxiliary artificial heart pump system to store the data such as the pump data and event logs therein. The data are automatically collected and managed with a battery charger during the charging of the battery usually conducted.
