PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction inspecting instrument or the like which achieves the judgment pertaining to the condition of the examinees, for example, the degree of fatigue using the results of the previous examinations. SOLUTION: The instrument is provided with a display part 1 which displays two numbers at random per examination, a reaction receiving part 2 for receiving the reaction to each display, a reaction information generation part 3 which generates the reaction information as such pertaining to the reaction received by the reaction receiving part 2, a memory part 4 for storing the reaction information, a judgment part 5 which carries out the judgment pertaining to the specified round of examination based on the reaction information corresponding to the specified round of examination and the reaction information stored in the memory part 4 corresponding to the examination prior to the specified round and an output part 6 for outputting the results of the judgment.
