MINUS STRAND RNA VIRUS VECTOR CARRYING GENE MODIFIED IN HIGH MUTATION REGION

摘要

It is intended to provide a minus strand RNA virus having a foreign gene in which a partial sequence in the E sequence of the minus strand RNA virus contained in its gene sequence has been modified. It is found out that a foreign gene containing a part of the E sequence suffers from a mutation at a high frequency in a minus strand RNA virus. Therefore, the occurrence of a mutation in the gene carried by the minus strand RNA virus can be prevented by modifying the sequence of the foreign gene so as to delete the above sequence.
