An in vivo grafting material, comprising a composite body having a porous- or non-porous resin molding having pores of less than 45 mum in pore diameter or having no pore and organism tissue shielding capability and a porous resin molding having pores of 0.45 mum or larger in pore diameter and organism tissue advancing capability. The material is so formed that a part of the porous resin molding is exposed to the outside and the organism tissue can be advanced to the exposed part.
