<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of conventional techniques wherein only one piece of user information deemed effective during disclosure is disclosed to anyone, meaning that the one to whom it is disclosed can understand the user information only partially. <P>SOLUTION: Hierarchized user information is entirely disclosed to a partner, including the user information selected by the user and information on users in the upper hierarchies. This makes it possible to vary the user information depending on to whom the user information is disclosed.
