<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which relative output timing of sampling signals and sampling object signals is suitably set and a good image is displayed. <P>SOLUTION: A display panel device, which displays an image based on video signals, is provided with a timing signal generating circuit 50, a sampling signal generating circuit 3 and 200 and a sampling circuit 1 and 202. The sampling circuit 1 and 202 is connected to the timing signal generating circuit 50 so that a testing output which is obtained by sampling test sampling object signals in a sampling interval being regulated by the sampling signals corresponding to the test timing signals generated by the timing signal generating circuit 50, is inputted into the timing signal generating circuit 50. The timing signal generating circuit 50 controls relative output timing of the timing signals and the sampling object signals by the control based on the inputted test signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
