<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anion exchanger which is effective for obtaining an epoxy resin or the like for sealing an electronic component, which is excellent in reliability on moisture resistance and thermal resistance, and an epoxy resin composition or the like for sealing the electronic component, which is excellent in reliability on moisture resistance and thermal resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The inorganic anion exchanger having a low moisture absorbing property and excellent anion exchange performance can be obtained by coating a hydrotalcite fired material and/or a hydrotalcite compound with a metal oxide. Further, the epoxy resin or the like useful for sealing the electronic component, which is excellent in the reliability on moisture resistance and thermal resistance of the electronic component, is obtained by incorporating the anion exchanger into the epoxy resin composition or the like for sealing the electronic component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
