STATE TRANSITION DISPLAYING METHOD AND MONITORING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state transition displaying method which enables rough understanding of a state transition and a monitoring device for it.

SOLUTION: The monitoring device is equipped with the following parts. A reception part 22 receives data showing states of a subject. A sorting part 23 determines the state of the subject based on the received data and sorts the determined states of the subject according to a plurality of prescribed state categories. An information producing part 24 accumulates the duration of the classified state by the states for a certain period of time, produces the data showing percentages of the duration for the plurality of prescribed state categories, and produces information in which the produced data is arranged in time series.
