<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent theft of a vehicle by preventing start of the vehicle when a vehicle control device such as a car navigation system is removed or is replaced with an alteration article. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle anti-theft device comprises a plurality of vehicle control devices such as a car-navigation system 20 previously disposed on the vehicle 12 side, and an integrated control means 13 for performing control by integrating the controls of the plurality of vehicle control devices.
