METHOD FOR COLLECTING DATA FOR ANTICIPATING ONSET RISK OF LUNG CANCER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting data for anticipating onset risk of lung cancer.

SOLUTION: The method for collecting the data for anticipating the onset risk of the lung cancer on a testee comprises (a) a step for preparing a DNA from a sample containing a GT repeated sequence positioned at the upstream of a heme oxygenase-1 gene, and (b) a step for determining the repeated number of the GT repeated sequences in the sample. The kit for collecting the data for anticipating the onset risk of the lung cancer on the testee includes a primer capable of amplifying the sequence described in sequence number 1.
