PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can surely carrying out ventilation therein and has less effect on corrosive materials. SOLUTION: The device has a function of the ventilation therein and a filter function working at an air intake for the ventilation, and the filter function includes a dust protecting function and a function adsorbing specific materials. Especially, the device is preferably used in an analyzing apparatus into which a sample or calibration fluid is introduced. It is preferable that a portion or the whole of the sample or of the calibration fluid to be discharged, which is introduced into the analyzing apparatus, gets mixed in with a portion of air for the ventilation.
