PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card cutting device which cuts cards without using a round blade unit high in cost and difficult to be replaced, freely adjusts a cutting width, and stores the cards in a card tray by providing sequentiality of the cards. SOLUTION: This device is provided with: a paper feeding part to carry in card paper; a first carrying part for detecting a first prescribed position of the card paper carried in from the paper feeding part and carrying the card paper by fixed amount forward in a carrying direction from the first prescribed position; a first cutting part for cutting and/or end-cutting the card paper by a long blade in a direction substantially perpendicular to the carrying direction when carrying the card paper by the first carrying part; a second carrying part for carrying a card paper piece cut by the first cutting part in a direction substantially perpendicular to the carrying direction by the first carrying part; and a second cutting part for detecting a second prescribed position of the card paper piece carried by the second carrying part and cutting and/or end-cutting the card paper piece by the long blade or a rotary blade at the second prescribed position.
