PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VGA card which realizes the simplification of a structure on the presupposition that no influence is exerted to the actual effect of the VGA card without losing the intrinsic function possessed by the VGA card. SOLUTION: The VGA card 20 mainly includes a 2D/3D processing engine 201 used for processing of inputted graphic/document data 201a and a compression depression processing engine 203 used for compression depression of inputted video compression data 203a. A scaling circuit 205 commonly used for the 2D/3D processing engine 201 and the compression depression processing engine 203 is used for signal reception of the data 201b after being processed by the 2D/3D processing engine 201 and the data 203b after being processed by the compression depression processing engine 203.
