PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of distributing images photographed in a sport stadium or a theater, etc., at a comparatively inexpensive transmission fee. SOLUTION: Each of Service provision facilities (stadium, or theater, etc.) is equipped with one or a plurality of cameras 10 for photographing contestants or players from a predetermined angle, an image distributing server 11 for distributing images photographed by these cameras to mobile terminals, and a small size antenna for transmitting image data distributed from the image distributing server to an area limited by a Blue Tooth standard. On the other hand, a mobile terminal possessed by a spectator mounts a television broadcast receiving function and a radio external interface standard such as Blue Tooth capable of conducting short range radio transmission by the small size antenna. While the spectator watches a game or listens to a musical performance at his/her seat, he/she can see contestant's or player's expression in close with the mobile terminal by a short range radio communication service.
