MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the management conditions of each unit organization in a hierarchized corporation to be displayed as evaluation data based at least on a common management evaluation index as seen from the viewpoint of the entire corporation.

SOLUTION: This management support system for a corporation constructed of a plurality of unit organizations such as a plurality of business groups and business departments or the like comprises a means by which management evaluation indexes for use in the understanding of the management conditions of each unit organization are managed as having the common management evaluation index matching the strategy of the corporation for the understanding of the management conditions of the entire corporation and business characteristic-based management evaluation indexes matching the business characteristics of the different unit organizations; a means by which the common management evaluation index and the business characteristic-based management evaluation index of each unit organization are evaluated based at least on budget values and actual values and numeralized; and a means for displaying the evaluated and numeralized data on a display device.
