PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for specifying and taking out a stored image. SOLUTION: A one embodiment of the method for presenting a date being associated with a previously stored image, includes associating a first date with at least one stored image, displaying a plurality of dates, including the first date, and differentiating the displayed first date while the dates are being displayed and in response to the first date being associated with at least one stored image.
