PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel in which a flexible printed board is arranged and which is constituted so that the infiltration of light unnecessary for photographing is reduced. SOLUTION: The lens barrel is equipped with a diaphragm member 13B having a notched part 13Bc notched so that the flexible printed board arranged in the lens barrel may pass through and moving in an optical axis direction, and a deformable light shielding sheet 22 for intercepting the light leaked at the notched part 13Bc and provided in the notched part 13Bc.
