PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling up type shutter device and its roll diameter regulation method which can adjust independently the condition of the closed side end of the shutter curtain at the time when the shutter curtain is wound up by the winding shaft to form a specified condition, in accordance with the respective installation conditions. SOLUTION: To a screen curtain body 7A forming a disaster prevention partition by fully closing in a fire, a screen 7A for covering connection part 15 to be openable/closable and a screen 7C for adjusting the roll diameter are attached. A plurality of bags 21 containing bar-shaped members 20 to be put in/out relative to the roll diameter of the shutter curtain 7 at the time when the curtain is wound up by the winding shaft, which are provided on the screens 7B, 7C, auxiliary members, are provided to select the bag bodies 21 containing the bar-shaped members 20.
