OIL-RESISTANT COATING FILM FOR FOOD PAPER CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE COATING FILM AND THE RESULTANT OIL-RESISTANT PAPER CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-resistant coating film good in oil resistance at smooth part and fully folded part and good in heat-sealability as well, to provide a method for forming the oil-resistant coating film, and to provide oil-resistant paper for food paper containers. SOLUTION: The oil-resistant coating film for a food paper container is characterized by that a flexible resin coating film and a rigid resin coating film are provided in this order on a paper base. The method for forming the oil-resistant coating film comprises the steps of forming an undercoating layer of a flexible resin on the paper base and then forming an overcoating layer of a rigid resin on the undercoating layer. The oil-resistant paper for the food paper container having the oil-resistant coating film on the surface of the paper base is also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
