PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for deck and substrate by which a deck main body and a substrate can be mounted easily without using any screw at the time of mounting the deck main body and substrate, can be reduced in cost by reducing the number of components, and can shorten the mounting time by improving the working efficiency by curtailing the working process performed by using screws. SOLUTION: Two reversed F-shaped mounting legs 2 and 3 facing each other are provided downwardly on the bottom surface of the deck main body 1, and mounting holes 4a and 4a are dug into a substrate 4 on which the deck main body 1 is mounted at the spots corresponding to the legs 2 and 3. Then the deck main body 1 is mounted on the substrate 4 in a state where the main body 1 can be disengaged from the substrate 4 depending upon the locked states of the legs 2 and 3, by entering and locking the lower-end locking pieces 2a and 3a of the legs 2 and 3 in the mounting holes 4a and 4a of the substrate 4 by inserting the legs 2 and 3 into the holes 4a and 4a and, at the same time, bringing protruded pieces 2c and 3c protruded from the middle portions of the legs 2 and 3 into contact with the top surface of the substrate 4.
