PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the case where a user has performed the videotape recording of a program in a state in which a plurality of VTR devices are connected, the user is required to remember which program is reserved in which VTR device. SOLUTION: An AV system control device 1 which has received a reservation registers the identification information of a program and the identification information of an information recording and reproducing device which has executed the recording in a media list 31b by associating them with each other at the time of recording the program.
