PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly prevent a cap from falling down, being lost or the like, to properly perform attachment and detachment of the cap to a housing of which the dimensional accuracy is not improved too high, and also suppress wobbling and falling out of the cap caused by repeated use in a puncture device. SOLUTION: In the puncture device A equipped with the housing 1 housing an operation mechanism for advancing a puncture member 2 in the specific direction in its inside, and the cap 3 mounted on the housing 1 and having an opening part 31 for projecting the tip of the puncture member 2 when the puncture member 2 is advanced, one or more support parts 7A and 7B which can connect the housing 1 and the cap 3 via a connecting means 8 are provided.
