PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe, lasting, and energy saving toy which is improved in "amusement" that its light emission returns to the original intensity while a child does not know, and has lastingly adjustable light emission. SOLUTION: This adjustable light emission toy comprises a combination of a material containing at least a phosphorescent material, a black light, and an intermittent light emission power source circuit to turn the black light on.
