PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dryer capable of applying lower temperature air and higher temperature air convergently to a desired part of hair. SOLUTION: This hair dryer has an inner passage 2 and an outer passage 3 surrounding the inner passage 2. The hair dryer is provided with a mode with temperature difference between air flowing in the inner passage 2, and air flowing in the outer passage 3. A discharge part of the air flowing in the inner passage 2 is formed as a tapered inner nozzle 4, and a discharge part of the air flowing in the outer passage 3 is formed as a tapered outer nozzle 5.
