PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a multiple-wall sewage pipe is provided which has reduced fails and improved reliability of final products, enables the pipe to be installed in a non-contact manner with respect to a PVC pipe, and simplifies a manufacturing process of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a hollow main body(1) having a first extrusion unit(5); an internal fixing member(2); a forming member(3); a front guide(4) having a second extrusion unit(5'); a vacuum cooler(6); and a cooling member having a cooling pipe(11) having jet orifices, a cold water supply pipe(12) installed within the cooling pipe(11) and supplying cold water to the cooling pipe(11) by means of a pump(15), and a compressed air supply pipe(13) connected to the cooling pipe(11) and supplying compressed air to the cooling pipe(11) by means of a compressor(16), the cooling member cooling a cross reinforcement member and a rectangular connecting member of the multiple-wall sewage pipe.
