The rubber or plastics lip (1) may consist of a V- shape or U-shape with a constant wall thickness, with a sharp bend at the base of the V. The free ends of the V-shape have deep grooves (2) which may accommodate edges of Plexiglass (RTM) panels covering one of the advertising placards. The grooves. may be one third of the width of the wall of the lip.
