摘要 PURPOSE: A fluid meter is provided to measure accurately the standard volume of fluid at real time by inserting the large quantity of fluid transported by a tank lorry into a storage tank. CONSTITUTION: A fluid meter(10) is composed of an inlet unit(8) having an inlet port(8'); an air reservoir(7) connected to the inlet unit to store the air by weight difference between the air and liquid; a turbine flow meter unit(1) linked to the lower side of the air reservoir to detect a rotation signal; a temperature sensor united to or installed near the turbine flow meter to detect a temperature signal of the liquid; a control valve(2) linked to the turbine flow meter; an outlet unit(9) coupled with the control valve and formed with an outlet port(9') at one end; a gas-liquid separator(3) connected to the upper part of the air reservoir to bypass the air component to the lower side of the control valve; a computer unit(31) for calculating flux by receiving the temperature signal and a rotation signal and controlling the valve; and a display unit for showing the calculated flux and an operation state. The inlet and outlet ports are exposed and formed as a housing. A main pipe from the inlet port to the outlet port inclines from the inlet port. The turbine flow meter has a drain valve coupled with the control valve in parallel. The air reservoir is formed like a bent pipe forming a portion of the inlet unit. A tube is connected between the air reservoir and the gas-liquid separator to set pressure balance except for the main tube. The main tube from the inlet port to the outlet port inclines and lowers the outlet port side at 3¯7 degrees. The height of the inlet port is lower than the cut-off valve of a tank lorry and the height of the outlet port is higher than a hose connection tool of a liquid storage tank. Accordingly, the fluid meter measures accurately the flow of fluid by shutting off the flow below a lowest flux by opening and closing the valve.
