The tool (40) is designed as a long handle (42) with a ring (41) at its upper end accommodating a rotating ratchet ring (50) and a serrated detent (60) movable arranged in a c-shaped recess (44). A small control element at the front of the ring (41) is moved clockwise or anti-clockwise and a pin (73) is slid along a slot (63) transversally positioned at the detent (60). A small spherical element (49) accommodated in a recess (47) between tool head (41) and handle (42) and supported by a spring (48) engages with one of two recesses (621, 622) at the lower edge of the detent (60) in order to facilitate a motion of the ratchet ring (50) in a single direction only.
